Minutes of the Annual General Parish Council Meeting held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 14th May 2019 immediately after the Annual Parish Meeting
In Attendance: Parish Councillors Joan Brocklebank, Louise Isaacs, Geoff Mayling and John Smith.

19-05g / 1. Opening of Meeting: Cllr Mayling welcomed everyone to the meeting.
19-05g / 2. Election of Chairman of the Council for 2019/2020:
Cllr Smith proposed Cllr Mayling, seconded Cllr Isaacs, all in favour.
19-05g / 3. Election of Vice-Chairman of the Council:
Cllr Mayling proposed Cllr Sagar, Cllr Isaacs seconded, all in favour.
19-05g / 4. Chairman (& Vice Chairman’s) declaration(s) of Acceptance of Office:
Cllr Mayling form completed - Cllr Sagar to complete form.
19-05g / 5. To take note of actions arising from the Annual Parish Meeting, including consideration of any follow-up on the Parish Plan: None.
19-05g / 6. To agree Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 1st May 2018:
Cllr Smith proposed, seconded Cllr Brocklebank that the minutes were approved as a true and accurate record and signed as such, all in favour.
19-05g / 7. Finance:
a) To approve the Annual Governance Statement by resolution
b) Consider Accounting Statements by members as a whole
c) Approve Accounting Statements by resolution
d) On approval Accounting Statement to be signed and dated
Certificate of Exemption form submitted to External Auditors – completed forms (above) to be signed off at July meeting
19-05g / 8. To agree and sign off Annual Internal Risk Assessment:
All in agreement for document to be signed.
