The next Parish Council meeting is on Wednesday 28th May in the Village Hall. It will be preceded by the Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Parish Council meeting starting at 7pm.
The Annual Parish report 2024/25 and accounts will be posted on the Tallington Parish council website (https://tallington.parish.lincolnshire.gov.uk) prior to the meeting. Hard copies of the report will be distributed at and after the meeting.
Further work on the Millennium green has seen the old tree stump ground out and the tree cuttings shredded and spread over the cleared canal tow path bank. The old overgrown canal path wire fence has also been removed. Thank you again to all the volunteers who helped over the last 4 months to make the improvements to the Millennium Green. The Parish council plan to set Bulbs in the autumn for spring flowering next year. The repairs to the stone walls around the Village playground have been completed. All this thanks to the funding received from “SKDC UKSPF grants"
