5. To receive the Acceptance of Office form from the Chair and to hand over the sealed envelope containing passwords relating to the administration of the Parish Council
6. To receive the Acceptance of Office form from the Vice-Chair
7. To review and confirm acceptance of the Internal Auditors report
8. To complete, confirm and sign Section 1 (the Annual Governance Statement) of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2025/2026.
9. To confirm and sign Section 2 (the Accounting Statements) of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2025/2026.
10. To confirm dates for Exercise of Public Rights notice.
11. To review the renewal for the insurance policy for all insurable risks, due on 12.7.26
12. To review the Council’s subscriptions to Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils and Parish Online.
13. To review the Council’s bank mandate
14. To confirm regular payments from the Council’s bank account.
15. To approve the use of Bacs/Internet Banking to make payments from the Council’s bank account (as required by our Financial Regulations)
16. To agree and sign minutes of Annual PC Meeting held on 15th May 2026.
17. To agree and sign minutes of Parish Council Meeting held on 18th March 2026
